Q: What if the weather is bad on the day?
A: We assess conditions daily. If unsafe, we may reschedule or offer a refund depending on the circumstances.

Q: What identification do I need to bring?

A: A valid government-issued photo ID and your boat license are required at the time of hire.

Q: Do I need to pay for fuel?
A: Yes. Jet skis are supplied with a full tank, and you are responsible for refilling before return. Alternatively, we can refill and deduct the cost from your bond.

Q: Do I need experience to hire a jet ski?
A: Basic experience is helpful, but we provide a full safety briefing and operation tutorial before you ride.

Q: Are drugs or alcohol permitted?
A: No. Jet ski hire is a zero-tolerance activity. You must not consume alcohol or drugs before or during operation. Police may conduct random breath testing on south Australian rivers.

Q: How do I book a jet ski?
A: Book online or by phone. A deposit may be required to secure your booking.

Q: Can I bring a phone or camera on the jet ski?
A: Yes, but we recommend waterproof pouches. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged items.

Q: How many people can ride on one jet ski?
A: Most of our jet skis carry up to 2–3 people, with a maximum combined weight limit (272kg).

Q: Can I ride with a child?
A: Yes, legally children 8+ can ride as passengers. Please ensure they meet the minimum size for life jackets and can hold on securely.

Q: Can I be banned from hiring again?
A: Yes, repeated rule violations, damage, or abusive behavior may result in a ban from future hires.

Q: Can I store the jet ski overnight if I’m doing a multi-day hire?
A: Yes, provided it is securely stored and locked. You will remain responsible for the ski overnight.

Q: Do you offer gift vouchers?
A: Yes! Jet ski hire gift vouchers are available and make great gifts for birthdays or holidays.

Q: How long until I get my bond back?
A: Refunds are processed promptly after inspection—typically within 24 to 72 hours, depending on your bank.

Q: Do you have a formal complaint process?
A: Yes, complaints can be made in writing within 7 days of the hire. We typically respond within 48 hours.
